Woke up 8:30, got to gym around 9:30, I did Arms today, .. had a really good workout, got home jogging.. the weather was so great..Β  I took a nap this afternoon, went for a run around 7pm, had been listening to Tim Ferris podcast the rest of the day.. back to work tomorrow after a long break, was aiming to get into bed by 11;30, it’s just passed..Β

What would it take for you and for me to have our energy and size to multiply x 10 times and have an excellent productive and happy week all week as we wake up tomorrow.. and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.Β
