Sitting on my bed, thinking I should type something before I go to bed but I don’t feel like typing. Today’s day went well. Mostly busy working.

Woke up early, went to bed last night and woke up with still wearing last night’s clothes while I was at my desk working, a yellow hoodie and grey tracksuits bottoms and no underwear, the weather felt cold as I got up, and I was glad I slept with socks also..

7:20 AM got off the bed, ate the Brown chickpeas soaked in water last night and did this and that, and it was already 8 AM .. Needed to log in sharp at work.. last working day of the week before departing for Queens Jubliee bank holiday weekend.. Work was a bit busy, worked straight until 13:00

13:03 got ready to go to gym and Mother phoned.. Two hours ahead in Riyadh, Dad was in the same room and she spoke to me next 18 minutes, and I didn’t go to gym, meditated 15 min and then took a nap and logged back at work after lunch break at 2 pm.

Worked straight until 5:40 pm, then was chilling at home for a bit, taking some pix and then got ready and went to gym at 18:15.. 6:15 pm..

The gym at the Oval, pure gym.. It was a bit packed, I went straight to the Pull ups machine and did 4 x 8 Reps of pull ups. I was starting to feel energetic by then, the goal was to do the Back exercises after pull ups but I couldn’t find the machines and so left the gym quickly and got home by 7 pm.

Made dinner, Mince and rice and chapati, ate. watching Netflix, still in front of the TV brother phoned, he’s gonna move into a new place in couple weeks, I wish him best and bless.. call ended 9:15 pm and got ready and went to Tesco’s needed to get some Tuna and get ready for the weekend.

A long bank holiday weekend ahead and my goal is to use the time wisely and be productive.. Updating the full website and then finishing the Python IT..

3 things I felt grateful for today

  • The supermarket was still open by the time I got there so late, I was so happy and grateful they were still open.
  • The Mince Kheema for dinner was made by mother when I last visited home and I had in the fridge so grateful for the yum dinner tonights.
  • So happy and grateful the long weekend ahead to rest, relax and recharge.
  • What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times stronger, happier, richer, tomorrow and have a relaxing yet productive day tomorrow and then all weekend? and all negative patterns, please get deleted now!
