I wanted to be disciplined, but I just unproductively pottered around the house doing pretty much zip all.Â
Waking up Saturday morning, I was so frustrated because I knew I could’ve achieved so much with my time, but I didn’t.
So how did I break this mindset funk and actually start taking REAL action again?
When I got up, I visualised myself doing the next three steps.Â
I didn’t focus on all the hours I’d wasted during the week or the weekend, or how many things I felt like I needed to get done to make up for my lack of productivity.
I simply focused on the next few things I wanted to get done, visualised myself following through with them, and then I counted down from 5 to begin.
