inhale and then you sneak a little bit more air.
Double inhale followed by extended exhale. Just 1 2 or 3 physiological of size brings your stress very very down fast.

Woke up early, Was feeling good. logged at the time and it was 08:03 and I needed to log in to work on my laptop said, Good morning in the teams. I had been redacting and it’s finished today I was relieved so went smooth then a few DEC actions went smooth.
12:45 got ready and went to the gym at lunch break. Got to the gym at 13:06.. Started with 4 x reps of Pull-ups, then 4 x sets of Barbell Deadlifts, 4 x sets of Barbell bent-over rows, 4 x sets of Incline bench dumbbell hammer curls, 4 x sets of Shoulders on the machine and then I missed doing Wide grip lat pull downs the machines were too busy.. finally did 4 x sets of drop set Abs on the machine on my way out.
Got back home at 13:40 ate lunch and sat back at the desk around 14:00 pm. The rest of the afternoon work went well.. logged off at 17:30..
Took a nap and woke up 18:06 – 18 min ago brother texted, I was happy I was going to text him today or soon. At home Dad and Mum watching tv and he’s sitting with them and in about 20 min there are about to leave home for Magrib salah.. We chatted for a bit and then he said bye.. 18:30 I got ready and left home to go for a run. Ran from Oval to Vauxhall bridge, Lambeth bridge and Westminster bridge the usual. A lot of people were out. . around Parliament full of people and barriers some similar t-shirt people making some points.
Came home, had a shower and offered Asar salah, Zohr, Fajr, Ishan last night’s and Magrib too.. then made lunch. Kabab, Alu, Daal, Chawal and Anda for dinner got carried away eating and watching tv.
Started googling about Longitude book and I realised I spent a lot of time reading, I have to go to bed now.
3 things I felt grateful for today
- Grateful for the energy that wakes me up each morning.
- Grateful for ears and ability to hear sounds. I was thinking of it in the shower, what I would ask this friend to join me to pride who cannot hear.
- Grateful I didn’t anticipate it but had done 2 workouts for the day today. While running I was thinking, my friend there in the US probably just finished lunch and work finishes soon and probably thinking about where for drinks, a friend in UK same time zone as me probably already out in Soho it’s such a nice day. ugh, I’m having to run.. until i start the new job in a few weeks I will be disciplined every day.
What would it take for me and for you to wake up tomorrow to a surprise? and then also feel 10 x times stronger, happier, calmer, richer and have a relaxing yet another productive day of the week? and all negative patterns please go shift and delete exit. Good night, Goodluck, Ash
War is still on Ukraine and Russia and the Queen went to Scotland to visit because the people there planning again for a 2nd referendum.
