Woke up 7:50.. lucky still working from home.. logged in straight to work.. 8 am start.. last night internet was down. and so it was down in the morning too.. quicky had to phone virgin media, I was gonna do last night but they would have not been open anyway, I tried restarting it one more time, removed all plugs put them back on.. I was on hold with 0345 number and internet back on. was so pleased.. thank you God.. thank you for the Internet.

Work was cool.. went to the gym in lunchtime just because I wanted to get out of home. Only did pull-ups 4 sets of 14 reps then a machine shoulder press drop set 50 kgs, just 1 set no rest time.. Ran back home jogging. The weather was so beautiful..

By the Oval church, Memi Deli, the shop lady and the guy were so happy to see me and were waving from the window. I love their Salmon bagels. I should go in there soon.

In the evening, I was trying to figure out how to edit a short video and it’s very easy. I just Youtubed it and this litter girl came up for keywords, How to edit video using your iPhone” exactly what I needed.. God so thank you. It was so helpful so quickly.
