Woke up 6:30.. bright and beautiful day.. Went for a run before work.. Vauxhall, Lambeth, and Westminster bridges.. Work was great.. It was a nice ice breaker question I had to answer in our weekly meeting on Friday, “something that your parents used to tell over and over to you when growing up”.. I couldn’t think of anything, so I said something good mother had done when I was a little boy.
I probably was 6 years old and she was lying down and reading a little book, I was lying next to her and she said, “Azhakallahau Sinnakh” you should say when you see someone smile.. It means, may God keep them smiling like this always” something like that. I think probably since the day she told me that, I must have said every time I saw someone smiling.
Other then that, she used to yell at us.. and It was me one time I asked her mother why used to yell.. and she said she could not say anything to anybody to so I used to shout at you guys..
Example of clearing – “What would it take for all the thoughts and emotions that I created towards my parents which are other than filled with love and compassion to be deleted now across all my mind patterns, illusions, time, dimensions, space and reality..”
12:30.. I offered my Friday prayer. It was a really hot day today. Took a nap after work around 6pm.. for 30 min.. left home around 7:30 towards Vauxhall bridge for the sunset, took a bunch of pics. My mate Manual had messaged me that he wanted to come and see me. I said, ok, I will be on my way home in few min and you can head over too.. he was already here. by the time I got home via the super market..
We sat in the balcony for an hour fooling around., was a beautiful day

1 wish of my day – what would it take for me and for you to wake up 154 times looking more younger, richer and stronger tomorrow and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.”
