Woke up 5.. meditated for 15 minutes.. then gym 6:30, work around 8.10.. home 4:30.. nap.. 20 min.. 6:30.. Swim.. 8 dinner..  22:59 blog..  

3 x things I am grateful for today 

– grateful for a peaceful life. 

– grateful for the family and,

– grateful for all the food I eat and the wealth I possess .. 

1 x little wish of my day 

 what would it take for me and for you to find our true meaning of inner abundance and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality..
