Everything is just still… No noises… but some noises far… some huwaaaaahuwwww wind noise, some Bangladeshi words in between, just on the square foot steps, stepping on dried leaves, and more huwaaaahuwww noise. Windy outside, or I don’t know if this is the noise of some distant vehicle far away, but it still feels like the howling of the wind coming from the very far, far away distance from deep inside. Wonder where this wind actually comes from and where it goes, but I feel like I’m going deep and deep inside where this voice is originating from. I feel like I’m travelling in a rock tunnel, rather a well, going deep and deep…

Then a scratch on the left-hand side of the head, and the right ear gently touched… Feel like going deep and deep, still inside that tunnel, following the huwaaaahuwww voice… deeper and deeper, going deep and deep…

Where the stillness is, pulling inside, this motherly feeling, at the centre of the earth, tied in deep, connected there, with comfort, faith, trust and love… the uwwui guwwi feelings, all those now…

Taking a deep breath in and out… haaaaaaaaaah… that’s right there… from this place connected deep…

Everywhere feeling uneasiness in the body, let those go.

Everywhere feeling tight and restless, let those go.

Everywhere feeling hurt and pain, let that go.

Everywhere feeling sad and emotional, let those go.

Now imagine a big beam of bright light coming from above, bright and strong as sunlight, in abundance, coming right above, falling on the head, where the crown chakra is, clearing all the unwanted negative thought patterns and repetition from the mind, and from above the head.

The light coming down to the throat, all negative self-talk, words, feelings, let those go, and clear the throat with positive self-talk, feelings with love and compassion towards oneself and others, and always, always staying committed to it, especially for us and for others, with the goal of attaining unconditional love for each and every object, living or non-living, and accepting what it is instead of changing it according to what we feel is right, with general acceptance of what is…

Then the light flowing down to the heart centre, with wide, broad shoulders and upper body, deep inside, clearing all the darkness, greed, gluttony and lack, and the light filling in with forgiveness, wishful thinking and a willing-to-be-there attitude.

The light coming down to the stomach area, clearing all the blocks and cluttered things, both in the abdomen, back area and in general life, with house, desk, office, emails, tasks and admin clutter, work and all to be cleared… Allow the light to come in and flow freely until you feel lighter and lighter, with cleared clutter, filled with clear white bright light, full of energy and health.

Allow the light to freely pass through and come down to the navel area, the sexual energy. All the unwanted lust, greed and unsatisfied feelings, let those all go. Fill in with relief, comfort and accomplishment feelings, with satisfaction and fulfilment.

Allow the light to come down to the legs, feet, all parts of the lower body. Release all the aches, pains, discomfort, blocked veins, allowing the leg muscles to relax, release and relieve… Fill in with pure love and light, filled with strength, energy and lightness in walking…

Now let the light freely flow through the tip of the body to the bottom of the legs and pass through into the earth, going deep and deep, travelling at the speed of light, going deep and deep, going back to the centre of the earth where there was the familiar loving motherly feeling, the uwwui guwwi feeling, deeper and deeper, connecting back to that where there is safety, trust and comfort, to let all the past go and give a start to the new beginnings… yes, the perfect new beginnings…

Now, with the free flow of the light, imagine glowing brighter and brighter, becoming the same source where the light is coming from, and as bright as the Sun, the stars, the galaxies, the universes, expanding wide and wide, and spreading the broad shoulders and arms wider and wider… repeating the prayers…

Thank you, thank you! Take me for what I am, and I’m the new beginning… the new beginning, in the service to God, and for God and all of God! Thank you, thank you. Take me for what I am… and thank you, thank you! and expand wider and wider, until you become the light, and fall a sleep deep deep, deep soon tonight, with waking to a new beginning.
