Woke up early, mediated, showered, offered 2 x rakaths of Fajr 4 x Rakaths of Ishan and 2 x rakaths of Salah tu Hajath, got work 09:15 meeting 10 to 12:00 sat at the desk rest of the afternoon.. 22 day of the Roza went well.. got home 17:30.. went to the gym had a really really really really really good workout.. did 5 sets of 8 reps of pullups, 5 sets of Incline bench press, 5 sets of Legs press, 5 sets back rows on the bar.. went upstairs, 4 drop set of Shoulder press and Abs press 7 sets.. left got home sat at the desk for a while.. took a nap from 19:30 to 20:00 woke up just before the Iftar.. finished Magrib, came up and finished the Maddog casting application and then went back down to eat dinner..

3 things I felt grateful for today

  • the bike ride went smoothly and felt full of energy during the day.
  • so grateful finally got to do the leg workout at the gym today.
  • So grateful tomorrow and Friday I shall be wfh and don’t have to go in..
  • What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, happier, and richer and wake up energetic, have a workout before work and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet productive day tomorrow and all negative patterns, please get removed.. goodnight, good luck! Ash
