Woke up early. no time.. quickly got ready and did 4 x 8 reps of pull-up legs on the bed. Had a shower, offered 2 rakaths of Fajr Namaz, 2 Rakaths of Salah tu Hajath and then wore a White ironed shirt and blue trousers formal wear and left home around 8:20 and got to work decent time.
Did yesterday’s Monday’s report and today Tuesday’s reports, first day back to work after The Queens funeral strome. Roads looked abandoned with barriers still there. Cold, and grey day and Sun was hidden most of the day. I sat at my desk the rest of the day until 16:2 and left for home.. Riding home always seems quicker and easier.
Got home sat rested and chilled and had a cuppa coffee the luxury and went to gym.. Had a really really really really really good workout.. didn’t anticipate. did 5 x sets of Pull ups on the bar, 5 x Incline Barbell Bench press, 5 sets of Shoulders on the Machine and 4 sets of Abs on the machine. 25 min or so I was out of the gym..
Came home, made early supper, Kabab, Jhinge and Spagattie and ate watching Great British Castles on Netflix, and after eating I was like aw….
20:08.. ugh I have to go out now. Got ready and went to Tesco, bought, Tuna, Beef, Tomatoes, Rice, Spaghetti, Tissue paper, and a pack of the floor.. came home and sat on my phone until 22:30 then felt bad for spending time on the phone.

- Grateful for the ability to think and write.
- For the sleep which is pushing in now.
- Grateful for loving and caring parents
What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, stronger, happier, richer and have all negative patters dissoloved tomorrow and wake up active max 5:20 tomorrow and go and have a good workout before work? Goodnight, goodluck, Ash
