Woke up 05:30 AM. On Average, it takes 66 days to create a habit. So If you are someone who’s planning to create a habit of either waking up early or going to the gym consistently or whatever habit it is, aim for 66 days.. then It will become a habit and you don’t have to worry about it alot.. because of the routine task you do at the same time, things will move around and make time for that habit to happen at the more or less same time each day. All you need is a strong intention.
I have created many habits using the 66-day tool.. 2 of my main habits are waking up early and going to the gym or do something physical each day. I used the 66-day tool to build these 2 habits..
I have learned this from Gary Keller’s book – “One Thing” and “Breaking the Habits of being yourself ” by Joe Dispenza.
Got to work around 8, I ate so much of chicken today.. I ate so well. probably my least carb day of the year so far. Work was great. Got home at 4:25, had a cup of coffee, checked my ad campaign. Today my cost per lead had gone so high.. but I outsourced my search campaign on Fiver so let’s see what the expert will bring to my campaign.. it’s on Youtube, view here.
Got to gym at 5:10, Had a GREAT Back workout… got home at 6:30, bought chicken from outside for dinner. made more chicken for tomorrow breakfast and lunch.. then sat on my desk working..
3 x things that I am grateful for today
– I am grateful for all the food I ate today.
– I am grateful for an Application I received in my business.
– I am grateful for having my mobile phone, internet, and electricity.
3 x Happy moments of my day
– I am felt so happy when I went walking to the gym this evening and the evening was so great, all the trees are beautiful at this time of the year.
– I felt so happy and laughed a few times earlier when I had a light bulb moment listening to Jason Mcdonalds Social Media workbook.
– I felt happy eating the chicken I ate from outside..
3 x Things I need to do next that will take me a step closer to my goal.
– Ash, create new email follow up series.
– Ash, complete Google ads training
– Ash, work on the new script for the video.
1 x Act of kindness today
– Picked up my flatmate’s parcel from the neighbors.
