Tuesday 12 March 2019.. 

I woke up and my first thought this morning was, what could be the day today.. then I remembered about ignoring the alarm.. then I checked my phone for the time.. It was 7:51.. I felt so grateful for being able to sleep so well.. I stood up said I am grateful and then action mode on to my get out to work now! Time is value.. and got ready as soon as I can and left to work.. 

I felt so great walking to work.. the weather was so cold and nice, a bit dull but and I love the dull colour.. the road wasn’t that busy and I was able to listen to my morning news

Got to work at 8:20 I think, that was not bad for waking up at 7:51.. remember I had my “Time is value action mode on” so that helps.. 

I had dressed up in a black strips shirt and black stretchy jeans.. something like this.. 

work was fun.. my mind was very much with me and I was mindful all day.. I also was able to recall my affirmations during the day.. For lunch, i went to my favorite Columbian place by strata.. my mates at warned me of 100% chance of rain but i love rain so i set out to go..

It was raining.. then i started walking. I loved is so much. I was just walking.. then i decided to open the brolly up.. it was nice then it was windy.. my brolly went crazy so put it out.. and i was walking.. the water on my face. It was soo good. i was walking and then i was already nearby then I started running.. It was soo good.. I wasn’t wet..

I got in, sat down and ate so gooood.. Chicken soon like this, and beef and vegetables and beans.. It’s huge meal.. and they treat me so well and it’s only £7 something..Ah I am so grateful for finding that place.. 

Then I went to the supermarket on my way home and got home with the grocery at 04:50pm.. my flatmate was in the kitchen said hello to him and put my stuff in the fridge and I had some chicken from last night i put that in a blender with some yogurt and water blend it and I drank it and left to go to my dentist. I had my dentist appointment this evening.. just for a clean.

I saw this lady for the second time and i asked her, how was your 6 months.. she said was alright.. nothing exciting..  great. how about you..?  i said it was really great.. i did so many things.. i also saw my mum. then anyway, i asked her, ok, tell me what was the best thing that you ate this 6 months. it was so funny. we both were thinking and came up with something.. it was a great exercise for me to.. 

I love thinking about my elevated emotions..  

then i walked upto the river and i stood by the river in Vauxhall undefined for about 15 minutes.. the sun was just going down. it was really great.. 

then i got home.. made my dinner lentil soup with spinach and bread.. and 2 bottles of chicken yogurt and pepper blend..it was around 8, i checked my clothes for tomorrow.. and sat down on my desk.. 

I removed Netherland and Finland both countries my google ads campaign today. data suggested me to..

3 x things that I am grateful for today

– I am grateful for finding this dentist nearby.. they are nice, polite and they do a great job too.. and she’s becoming a friend too.. 

– I am grateful for the peanut butter jar i have.. grateful for that person who made it, the supplier, the buyer, supermarket etc etc.. all of them. I love this so much.. I am going to eat now with apple. I love slices of apple and peanut butter.. 

I am grateful that i am in my room now, sitting comfortably happy and grateful.. 

3 x happy moments of day. 

– it was so funny when we were thinking about what was the best thing we ate at my dentists.. we both laughed many times.. 

– It did my exercise earlier.. put anything on, just turn the radio on either.. whenever I remember about doing this. i do it.. I put the music on and i dance until the song ends.. it takes only 2 or 3 minutes but it lights up your mood like crazy.. I was so happy earlier dancing.. 

– I felt so happy and ate well my dinner when i ate the lentil soup.. it was yum!!

1 x Act of kindness today 

– I asked to make tea for a friend at work and she said no..
