I woke up early, around 5:15 AM, and had to head to the filming set at King’s Cross by 7:00 AM. It was still cold, grey, and dark outside as I started getting ready. I biked from Piccadilly to King’s Cross, which only took about 15 minutes. With the roads being empty, the ride was actually quite pleasant.

I arrived on time, talked to a girl, and then went downstairs to get breakfast. After eating, I changed into my costume and had my makeup done. Then, I sat in a large room filled with other extras, just waiting. Fortunately, I had my power bank with me, so I spent the time reading on my phone and clearing all my notifications.

I went to the set a few times, mostly standing around and dancing on stage. Then, we had lunch, followed by a couple more filming sessions. After that, there was more waiting until I finally signed off and headed home. Once home, I tidied up the flat, had a snack, and took a shower. It was too hot, but now I’m sitting down to write, started with first writing 5 affirmations, then continued on with the daily blog.

Affirmations are simply short sentences that you create personally for the things you want to achieve. You write them in a concise form and then repeatedly read or type them. Your subconscious mind recognizes these affirmations as what you need and helps you achieve your goals.

Using affirmations to reprogram your mind involves repeating positive statements to yourself to help your mind internalize them. The idea behind affirmations is that you can influence your subconscious feelings, beliefs, and thinking patterns by regularly feeding it positive affirmations. These positive statements can be about anything…

Affirmations could be as long as you can have or short. Sit down and write the affirmations, while writing the sentence, if you feel an itch, or discomfort in your body, like a yawn or sneeze, that means somewhere your body is refusing that need you want to have, just rewrite the sentence until you body doesn’t give any further feedback.

Affirmation should always be written in a positive manner and should avoid using words that trigger negative emotions, or images in the mind.

For example, I’m not late paying my bills anymore – the subconscious mind works on images and feelings, the word not doesn’t tell it to reverse the image or feeling associated with it, it’s best to avoid the word bill altogether and I would reword this affirmation to something like this – I always have plenty of money to meet all my expenses. This contains having both the idea of plenty of money and the positive idea of meeting expenses.. it’s. win-win..

Affirmation must be written in the present tense rather then it referring to something going to happen in the future.

Driving my dream car every day is better than I will drive my dream car sometime this year. The future event is not yet happened, if you want to convince it as something that has already happened, state it in the present.

Examples of the affirmations – this one I use intead of saying 1,2,3,4,5 while doing sets at the gym – I say – Healthy, Happy, Beauty, Wealth, Success, Confidence, Testosterone, Growth Hormone, Symmetry.

I am lean and muscled.. or I’m a millionaire.. could be as short as that.

I always remain peaceful no matter what is going on around me.

  • Grateful for living so centrally, making it easy to travel anywhere.

  • Grateful for the phone charging capabilities that keep me connected.

  • GGrateful for technological advancements and hopeful for progress in the power of the human mind.

Around the world today –

  • USA – The HouseΒ and Senate are on their summer break and aren’tΒ scheduled to return to Washington until Sept. 9.

  • Advancement – For the first time Alzheimer’s wonder drug gets the green light.

  • Monkeypox virus, which causes mpox, has been spilling over from rodents and squirrels and infecting humans with increasing frequency in western and central Africa since the 1970s. It was ignored by all countries and now it has become the outbreak. God Help us!

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, more energetic, confident, happy, grateful, rich, make it to workout in the morning, have a good workout, day to go fine, everything to be fine with family, friends and everyone around then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing, yet a productive day tomorrow?
