I admit, the alliteration was a bit excessive. However, the column started because I felt powerless on my own, with no say in anything, writing became my only way to express myself. I should have used the column to amplify the voices of the voiceless.

I sensed something was wrong and blamed myself, feeling undeserving of your love.

my dear friends, in this vast world of ours, stretching across thousands of miles and embracing countless millions of people, we often fall into the belief that only those within a few square miles around us are worth conversing with. We play by all the rules and rarely do we question the meaning of any of it for a moment. Yet in the midst of all this, the connection between two individuals, regardless of their differences, gender or anything else remains the most natural thing in the world.

Patience may be bitter, but its fruit is sweet. In this world, everyone looks out for themselves, and true love cannot exist without first embracing your true self. You always had a courage within you that I never dreamed of possessing. Life is full of joy, and any joy I seek, I deeply hope includes you. I know your heart has room for all of us.

Let me elaborate that “Love is not finite” means that love is boundless and limitless. Unlike material resources, which can be exhausted, love grows and expands the more it is shared. There is no fixed amount of love that one person can give or receive; instead, love can be endlessly distributed among family, friends, and partners without diminishing in quality or quantity. The capacity to love and be loved is infinite, allowing for deep connections with many people without compromising the strength of each individual bond. In essence, love is an inexhaustible resource that enriches our lives and relationships continually.

I didn’t plan it this way, but today’s blog has turned into a series of love lessons LOL.

Love isn’t limited and can be shared with more than one person without diminishing feelings for any of them. However, love and sex are not synonymous; love encompasses various forms of affection beyond physical intimacy. Linguistically, equating “love” with “sex” can be misleading, as love is a multifaceted emotion extending beyond sexual attraction.

Love can also be seen as an infinite energy that regenerates and flourishes. It is selfless, transcending ego boundaries, and not constrained by time or circumstance. Giving love doesn’t deplete it; instead, it generates more love. In its purest form, love is expansive and replenishing. Ultimately, love’s nature varies from person to person, but whether finite or infinite, it remains a powerful force that shapes our lives.

Never mind all the above bro – 3 things I felt grateful for Today .

• Grateful for having a really, really, really, really, really yes 5 x really’s a good workout in the morning ( did upper body, Shoulder presses, Dumbbell lateral raises, front raises, and pull-ups – all 4 sets of 10 reps).

• Grateful for not letting that stranger into the building when someone buzzed the main door downstairs for another flat, and said he’s got the keys but no fob, I said I was coming down and he vanished…

• Grateful for staying in, was planning to go see King’s birthday Trooping Colours parade outside at Whitehall but stayed in and watched from the Balcony..

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times stronger, more energetic, bigger, leaner, and muscular make it to another great workout in the morning, be back at the desk, everything to be okay with family, friends and everyone around and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet a productive day tomorrow?
