Woke up without an alarm and did not look at the time for quite a while, decided to go to the gym before I eat anything and had a cup of black coffee and left home and got the bike out, wore a Red t-shirt and shorts, red trainers and got to the gym at 09:11.. not a lot of people, had a really, really, really, really, really good workout another unanticipated routine.. Did upper body, first did 5 sets of 8 reps of pull-ups, then 5 sets of 8 reps of Rear dealt fly, then on the same machine 5 sets of Pecs, 5 x sets of Shoulder press, 7 sets of Abs on the machine on my way out, left around 10:00 went to the Tesco’s on my way, got a ration of the day meat, a big pineapple, Jam doughnuts.. got homemade early huge lunch, ate.. then sat at the desk working rest of the day until 16:30, my mates messaged we were gonna catch up today at 18:30 Soho leicester square.. 16:48 I gotta get ready now.. It’s so hot and sunny and warm outside. see you later.

23:50 – Just come back from Soho, was going to catch up with a friend that I haven’t seen for a long time. The Old Compton Street has not changed a lot, it’s the same. The same crowd, same people, the drunkards, the drags walking. I haven’t been in that part of the world for a couple of years but have not properly been out there like last night since 2016 and I didn’t miss much. Things seemed a bit relaxed but mostly the same.

I met up with her at the G-A-Y and had a drink there, from there we walked to the Yard just for a drink and then walked back to Admiral Duncan where there was a drag show and we spent most of the evening there, 3 drags changed in couple hours and we had dinner on the Firth street.

On Friday night the Wagner mercenary accused the Russian military of shelling fighters and said his group would stop the “evil” of Moscow’s military leadership, while Russia deployed armored vehicles on the streets of Rostov.

US Biden and Indian Modi met up this week and agreed on a defense deal that will see US drones and engines for fighter jets sent to India in a “historic” pact to counter China in the cold war between the two countries.  

The US Navy ships will be able to stop in Indian shipyards for repairs as Washington builds its defenses and deepens alliances around China. Why don’t you all fukers mind your own businesses and try and make something better in your countries and help people instead poking one another and raging unnecessary cold war among yourselves?

In a press conference, Modi denied discrimination against the Muslim minority in India, saying: “Regardless of caste, creed, religion, gender, there’s absolutely no space for discrimination.” This is not true!

I have some family back in India, a Muslim family and there is discrimination every day and they don’t feel safe there anymore… after at least 7 generations have lived there since the Mughal rule and now you want all of a sudden all the Muslims to move out? where do you expect them to go?

3 things I felt grateful for today

• My friend, Lxxx and we didn’t see each other for a long time, had a good catch-up last night and were able to pick up the things where we left off.
• Grateful for some fun activities that go on around Old Compton Street, the drag was good, the food was nice and not that expensive either and the crowd was friendly.
• Grateful for the London Underground Tube transport TFL, from Leicester square to Stockwell under 15 min brilliant.

I will be fasting tomorrow brother reminded you, it’s the days before the Eid..

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, more stronger, energetic, happier, richer and have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing, yet a productive day tomorrow and all negative patterns please get removed.. goodnight, good luck! Ash
