Embrace your freedom, and breaking free from the pressure to conform and fit in is wide-spreading and unrelenting despite this, we’ve come into this life to experience freedom, from an early age, schools, religious groups, our families, and cultural influences push us to follow and obey certain behaviours, norms, and rules. For some, the feeling of belonging is comforting and provides a sense of identity, friendship, and connection. But expectations from others can also provide confusion and conflicts. Your soul has its own plan of unique expression, one may not always be what the outer worlds expect from you, trying to be who the other world wants you to be instead of being true to yourself can cause all kinds of issues, when you become disconnected from your authentic self, you lose your most valuable asset, you can become confused, distracted. do not repress your true self trust your natural impulses and be decisive.
Woke up early, was feeling good.. bhaia visiting home so there is no texts on the whatsapp group.. wide up sharp and early ate breakfast Tuna chickpeas, went to the gym, did 5 sets of 8 reps of pull ups and 4 sets of 8 reps of Shoulder press on the machine, 4 sets of 8 reps of Bicep curls, and 4 sets of Abs drop sets. Left for home via Larkhall park, took some pix on my way, was thinking of Ms Sandra.. got home sat down eating and Ms Sandra’s txted Nice weekend to you. said I was only thinking about you when I walked past the park.. she said I hope you’re walk was great, I said, I’ve just come back from gym looking at the time it was 11:10 AM was eating then. She was happy my mates Mum, as much to me.. she’s going on the walk too shorlty up in the woods at North.
Sat at the desk by midday and did the SQL training, create and insert commands, it was already 13:15 got ready and left home, 13:30 swim slot was booked at the Vauxhall leisure centre, got there and swim about 50 rows of front crawls when I thought I should leave, got out of the water picked the red pad and did just legs kicking next 10 rows.. was feeling so good then and afterwords.
Home, ate again.. sat at the desk again until 18:00 took a nap put the alarm for 30 min and wokeup and 20:00 was going to make a cuppa coffee, started tidying up got ready for tomorrow Monday back to work back to the reality.

– For having weekned off and everything went well.
– Graeful for managing 2 workouts today
Grateful for the sleep which is coming like crazy now.
