Only just realized Rose from Downton Abbey is in Winston’s Darkest hour. I love Rose and the Last Lion too.

Slept so disturbed last night that I woke up many times and got off the bed around 8, ate breakfast Tuna Chickpeas, meditated for 15 min logged in to work wfm long week, glad it’s Friday. My mates got into the office in Canary wharf and texted saying, sadly I had to go into the office, I was glad to be logging in from home.

Cold, wet, grey, and raining outside most days.. looks like a perfect chillout day. Logged in sharp at work 9 am.. Friday after a long week.. last working day of the year went cool. Worked until 12:18 then jumped in the shower.. Cold and freezing in London.. wore tracksuits bottoms, a t-shirt, and a jumper and jacket and left for Jumma Namaz to the Wandsworth road mosque, offered 2 x Rakaths of Salah Faraz Jumma, then 2 Rakaaths of Salah to Hajath and then 4 Rakaths of Sunnah Salah and left home.. lunch made Daal Chawal Aur Anda.. ate sat back working.. 15:30 pm Dad’s messaged goodnight on group chat, I replied, brother replied, he saw me online and brother texted.. we chatted for a few min bid farewell.. back working. 15:40 mother texted, I asked why did was already going to bed, and she said, he ate a sleeping pill I think he wakes up at 4 and makes noises and sleeps early and expect the whole world to follow the same… we were speaking and brother was texting mother and said, join brother also to the call.. A few min in let us add sister Deedi also next we spoke about each of our works, family, food, and future. Mother dropped off.. it seems the internet went down.. we three stayed online for close to 3 hours..

Told them today about the 10-day retreat I will be joining without a mobile phone and there went into Aww… will think of telling parents if we could

• Grateful for the internet, power, and connections

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, leaner, thicker, muscular, richer, happier and have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet a productive last day of the year.. I’m just watching Winston on Darkest hour.. goodnight, good luck, Ash..
