Woke up early.. cold, wet and pouring down outside.. stayed in bed,, had a lie in until 07:45… woke up grumpy, angry, grouchy. ws going to work from home.. sat meditated 12 min.. logged in work. checked and responded a few emails, got ready and went to the gym. Had a really really really really really goodworkout. quick but a goodworkout.
Back at my desk by 10:30.. 11:30 there was a meeting and I had to go into the office, got ready and left home 13:05.. put the headphones on bike, Bloomberg business news on and rode Nine Elms, Vauxhall bridge, Lambeth bridge, Westminster, St James park was at work around 13:35.. was in training for about half an hour and then left home again.. tidying up the new room the rest of the evening until 19:15.. took a nap 15 min. was up even beore the alarn went off.. Had been listening to Autobiography of an yogi on audible the rest of the day… got ready for another workout and brother phoned at 20:07 for 45 min..

- grateful or dogging the rain when I went into the work.
- for books on audio these days so liberating and so grateful.
- grateful for the good job done with the bedroom today
What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, leaner, active energetic and have a good workout before work and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet productive day tomorrow and all negative patterns please get removed now! Goodnight, goodluck. Ash
