Woke up 8;30, .. I went to pee, then I drank a bottle of Chicken, pepper and couscous blend from the fridge, (Ref. 30grm of protein within 30min of wakin up).. then I set the alarm to 9;45 and another one for 10;00 AM and I went back to bed.
It felt so god.. then I woke up at 9:50 whatever and the first thing I did was made a list of things I should do today.. then I quickly got ready and jogged to the gym for 10:30 Yaga. I could cross, already 2 items from my list, Yoga and Run. got home, made eggs and toasts breakfast ate, relaxed watched tv.. then I worked for a little bit, I had been researching on what to write next to my leads..
After the new years, I haven’t sent a broadcast email to all subscribers, the last message was Christmas one.. I wanna send something powerful, reminding 1st week Jan to focus on being clear on the 2020’s goals.. Don’t let your ship go where ever it wants to go, make your choice and give it a destination…
Then I meditated around midday, the sky looked so beautiful when I opened my eyes, then I took a nap, then I was chatting to my flatmate, I spent a lot of time posting a lot of posts on Instagram, then I helped my other flatmate with his bike. then I took another nap.. this time was for an hour I think.. I was gonna meet a friend at 9:30 after my jog, but I realized I had ran out of chicken so I went to supermarkets instead, I went there and came home at 9:30, I thought I was running late but my mate disappeared he never messaged me back. so I was chilled.. at some point, I spoke to my mom today and I also cooked lentil and spinach yummy soup ate with rice and boiled egg.. I think except 1, I think I covered everything from the list I created..
Anyway I had another friend who was in the area so he came to visit me around 10:30, he left quickly anyway, then I made a video from my little nephew Dan, it’s his birthday tomorrow.. in the video I wanted to show him that I was watching one of the cartoons his favorite, I have 2 more seasons to catch up with him on that.. he’ll be very happy if I finish them soon.
I am off to bed.. 3 x things I am grateful for today
– for the mindfulness and was able to create the list as soon as I got up.
– for being able to stick to that plan.
– for God to giving me all this energy..

– what would it take for me and for you to be able to create everything out of love but not through from the place of fear and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.
