Woke up 5:30, left home around 6:15 to gym.. did 1 set of 28 kg dumbbell incline bench press, then I did a Machine Fly’s and 4 sets of pull-ups as warm-ups.. 

Got to work at 8:03.. was a few hours training at work, it that was good. supermarket, home, 20 min nap.. 

I had this text from this guy this from probably Pakistan or  Bangladesh, about an year ago, I outsourced, some work on Fiver.com, so this freelancer guy had done some SEO (Search Engine Optimization) work for me. Like making your website optimized for Google or other search engines..

When you have a website, you have to produce content in the form of blog or newsletters, that’s how when people go on Google and type keywords like – “Places to visit in Italy” and your website will pop up if your content is related to some kind of a travel bookings thing.. 

He’s cool actually, he kept in touch outside fiver and this is the 2nd time he’s txt’ed me asking if there is any work. then I asked him, I need help with image editing for my Amazon listing, I was gonna outsource that to 99 designs or maybe Fiver again, but let’s see if this guy will be helpful.

what would it take for me and for you to own and move into our dream flat now and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.
