No matter where you are now, how privileged or deprived you may feel, you are fully equipped with everything you need to do achieve anything with your thoughts and emotions.. You need to be aware of your thoughts at any particular time and acknowledge the good and bad ones and think only the things you want to see as an outcome.. In one sentence, consciously thinking the thoughts of what you want then what you don’t want…  

3 x things that I am grateful for today 

– Grateful for having access to so many books online 

– Grateful for the internet 

– Grateful for the wifi and my laptop. 

1 x little wish of my day 

What would it take for you and for me to be able to control our thoughts and emotions permanently and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.
