Woke up at 8 AM. Rolled out of bed to right and logged into the laptop started working. went to the gym, and had a good workout.. did 4 x sets of pushups, 4 x sets of sitting stretch curls, 4 x sets of Rope hammer curls, 4 x sets of Inverted straight bar curls, 4 x sets of Ez curls, 4 sets of Overhead rope extensions, then 4 sets of single Arm extensions.. and a drop set on the machine shoulder and a drop set of Abs on the machine way out.

Got back to the desk around 9:10. Was feeling so great.. The morning went smooth.

It was pouring down in London today. I woke up a few times last night, jumped out of bed, went to bed late last night still woke up feeling fresh and energetic.

The 10 am huddle went well, and the rest of the workday went well. Did a CTA, created a DEC bunt and then redacted another DEC bundle.

Mother messaged lunchtime a long text asking me to come home in March’s break.

13:25 Got to gym, had a quick but a really really really really really good workout. Just legs quick one. the gym was busy and time was less so I did a cheat day workout.

Did 4 x sets of pushups, then 4 x sets of Squats for 100 kgs! bingo! then 4 x sets of Incline chest bench press barbell, then finally a set of drop sets on the shoulder machine on my way out. It was still raining when I left home and it’s still now.

Logged off work sharp at 4:50 pm.. Took a nap until 5:30. I was feeling so good and fresh.

  • Grateful for electric impulse invention on the planet.
  • Grateful for access to the physical workouts

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times stronger, happier, richer, healthier and have a really really really relaxing yet productive day tomorrow and all negative patterns against the smooth transition.. please get deleted now!
