Woke up early, logged work sharp at 8 am. work went well. Had been redacting all day today and then a CTA.

13:20 went to the gym. had a really really really really really good workout. Did 4 x pull-ups, then 4 x sets of Barbell deadlifts and then 4 sets of Barbell bent-over rows, then a drop set of shoulders on the machine and drop set of Abs on the machine getting out.

the weather was good. Got back to the desk sharp at 14:00 pm. Attended problem-solving meeting huddle, and then redacted the rest of the afternoon.. Took a nap at 17:30 for about 20 min and my sister phoned at 18:06 we spoke for a bit mostly about my niece going the first day into medical college how it went well.

I had booked a cycle class at the gym at 18:30. stopped speaking to sister at 18:16 quickly got ready and went to the class. It went well.. Got home, chilled for a bit.. ate nuts. Tuna and and got ready and a went to swim at the Vauxhall leisure centre. did 3 workouts today.

Got home from swim around 21:30 and offered Ishan namaz. Faraz 4 rakaths, and then 2 Rakaths of Salah tu Hajath, and then 3 Rakaths of Wajil Witar.. and I did a mistake in a Rakath so I offered Witar again.

ate Beef, rice for dinner and carrot cake. Yum.

Russia’s been attacking Ukraine.. Kherson first city fell in hands of Russia today and more than 1 million refugees fled the country.

Unbelievable

I have to go to bed. 3 things I felt grateful for today

  • Grateful for not being at war.
  • Grateful for all foods I consumed today
  • Grateful for sleep which is coming now.

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, stronger, happier, richer tomorrow and have a relaxing yet productive day
