Tuesday woke up 7.. went for a run before work.. meditated in the morning.. work was cool.. took a nap lunch time.. took a nap after work.. ate healthy, Instagram post done, chatted to mother.. brother and father.. the day went so quick today

I have a candle lit here now.. a audio book playing slowly on the wonderboom box, It’s a little bit cold outside, it’s midnight.. for sure I’m going to gym in the morning..

for brother and sister 

for myself 

wish of the day – what would it take for me and for you to wake up 20 times stronger energetic younger happier tomorrow and go to gym?
