The clouds looking very beautiful from my window today and apparently, there is a complete solar eclipse tomorrow in many countries.. solar eclipse 2020.. I published this last night and then, in the end, I didn’t write anything sitting in front of the laptop.. and I went to bed..

anyway, today I woke up at 7:30 am.. nice and easy, slept with the curtains open, I love waking up to the Sun in my room and now the days are so long and the Sun’s coming out around 4 am .. It’s beautiful, the summer is beautiful in England.. 

around 8:15, mediated for 20 minutes.. planned what all I need to do this weekend. I ate a bunch of Almonds only so far.. but earlier, as soon as I wake up, I had a protein shake.. “Builder and people who want to gain weight, remember Tim rule, now Ash follows.. 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up. 

You must eat 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up if you want to gain weight.. if you really want to gain weight if you are not just thinking and saying it, you really want to make it happen, then you should eat 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up.. why only 30. bkz it’s easier to remember but you can eat more or less.. 

I started with eating a raw egg as soon as I woke up for a long time., now these days I make a protein shake for myself the night before.. 

left home 9:30 for a jog, ran over Albert embankment, over Lambeth Bridge then took the roundabout the parliament, Westminster bridge, then through the Vauxhall bridge back home to Oval.. 

there was a lot of security barriers around the parliament, and they put some new ones too, there was a lot of police everywhere and in front of Vauxhall station, I heard this guy ask a policeman, what’s happening, is there something going on and this policeman answer yeah protest is Trafalgar square..  

people don’t be annoying!! I am going to be so mad.. by the time next time, I go back to my jog.. I run every day around the parliament. If i see anything including the plastic cup on the street.. anything that’s going to disturb me from running.. I am going to be so mad.. tbh it was so peaceful when the corona complete lockdown was on and 700 and 800 deaths a day and the roads were empty.

I still ran around there every day and gave my blessing to st Thomas hospital everyday.. and last week, there was that roit in the streets there and I couldn’t even run and get back home from my jog.. I had to go through that barrier and this policeman kindly allowed me to cut through.. I live here.. go home and stay home, you silly people.. 

what is wrong with you guys.. why are you going for riots and protests? you should be ashamed of yourselves.. shame on you, we just had corona.. so many people died.. so many things changed.. we have to learn, we have to contribute our energy towards, how to prevent things like these happening again or do something good not to fight.

just be grateful for what you have now.. and in the now moment.. right now. around you all the things you have. be grateful for those.. count your blessings.. instead of complaining 24 hours.. 

looks like I am having a hot day today. Anyway, I went jogging this morning, and next time probably will be tomorrow morning before 9 am, by the time next time, I go, I do not want to see or have any disturbance in my jog!!!!!

1 wish of my day, what would it take for me and for you to receive abundance now in the form of cash.. and everything that is blocking and is in the way of that happening, I would like all the negative money patterns to be deleted from my mind and from across all time dimensions space and reality..
