Woke up 7:20.. quickly went for a run.. I choose to bring my waking up early habit back since the quarantine started and now soon I think my work is going to have a phased return to work so I should bring my routine back!!!!!
what would it take for me to get back into my routine now!
I felt so active and energetic after the jog, my last jog was less than 12 hours ago but I guess, you have more energy as soon as you wake up, and I ran over Vauxhall bridge, Lambeth bridge took the around about the parliament and back home.. the weather is soooo beautiful here.. I think it rained for a little bit, but it’s warm and too bright.. bkz it’s summer now, and the clouds are so low.
tbh, I have never seen like these huge huge white white clouds during the day in the sky. or probably bkz, I am just noticing them now as I work from home.. and i see the clouds, this huge ground in front of me, and there are always these sea birds around everywhere..
but the clouds are sometimes really really low to the ground, I feel, there was this huge white cloud so shiny so close to me and I am only on the 3rd floor of a huge Victorian building. we only have 4 floors but if i was on the 5th floor, I could touch that could. it was that close..
I think it’s probably bkz, England is a beautiful little island surrounded by north sea, Atlantic ocean etc.. and it’s usually freezing cold and it rains a lot but it’s so so so beautiful the Atlantic breeze, the air comes over the Atlantic ocean feels so fresh, and when the sun comes out the colors go so bright, the grass is probably the greenest color looking healthy green grass ever. it’s the grace.. it’s usually like this in England that the grass is always green and there is always grass..
my mate Jordan, came to see me after work.. hung in for a couple hours. now the government has allowed it, one person can visit a second household etc or something like that.. tomorrow’s Friday.. 1 more day of work then the weekend.. I made really yummie lentil soup and rice for dinner..

what would it take for me and for you to wake up 230 times healthy, energetic and active tomorrow and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.
