Wednesday morning woke up at 7:45.. logged straight to work..

The 26th day of the fast had gone well. The rest of the day was smooth, work was fine.. I took a long nap after work around 4:30..

During the day, Self-responsibility was my lesson for today.

All these days, all it thought was, being responsible, answerable, and accountable to things is the only self-responsibility part.. but today I understood the real SELF-responsibility to SELF is to understand and consciously make everything around us happy. We came to the planet to enjoy not become a problem, we are supposed to be happy at all time, in fact, all the times.. but we have an ego, attitude, we want to be the first, we want everything to be us and then we create all illusions in our mind to support all of these..

Anyway, what I understand today is, self-responsibility is identifying your patterns and clearing your patterns and enjoying life experiences as they unfold themselves.

What are the patterns? patterns are your experiences..Β You going to the gym every day at 6 AM for a few days, which becomes a physical pattern. We have approximately 60,000 thoughts each day, You have the same similar thoughts each day, which becomes a pattern, which is called a thinking pattern. Growing up if your mom was always blaming your dad for not having money, then there is probably every chance that you can attract the same pattern who’s gonna find faults in you and blame you just like your mom.. bkz you attracted it, you need to identify the pattern and clear it.

Your Self-responsibility is to identify all these patterns and clear them one by one and remove everything that causes you unhappiness. literally everything!

How do you clear a pattern?

By your awareness of it, by understanding it, stand under it and acknowledge it, surrendering to it, and consciously making an effort to do differently.

And you can say – what would it take for this to change. What vibrational energy can I align to delete this pattern and have a loving and caring partner? etc.

And then you have to control it with your thoughts, your thoughts create your experiences. if you have a lack of money then your thoughts are more inclined or balanced towards thinking more of having lack. it’s that simple, change your thoughts and change your circumstances.

Your thoughts on having lack is also a pattern. Attracting a colleague next to your desk who doesn’t get along with you, you probably have a patter from school, the kid next to you, you never got along..

Anyway, our responsibility is to identify what all patterns we have, what we don’t need and acknowledge them and consciously make an effort to change them. Your true role is to make your life a heaven. If it is not heaven you have to make it a heaven, you get only one chance on this planet. Your job is to make it heaven every day as possible.

Anyway, I was gonna just write about how to cook Okra today.. The Indian Okra “Bhendi”.

Fresh is always good, bring home and chop them but it’s usually found in Tesco frozen section already chopped.

How to Cook Okra ( Bhendi) – Stir fry.

– About 200 grams of Okra.

– 1 Small Onion

– 5 Spoons of Oil

– 1 Teaspoon of Red chili Powder

– Half Teaspoon of Salt ( How much ever you want)

– Half Teaspoon of Turmeric

– 3 x Cloves of Garlic

– 3 x Cloves size Garlic of Ginger piece.

Chop Okra into small pieces. Take a wok and put it on the small-medium stove. When the Wok is hot add Okra to it.

You add Okra first even before Oil and Onions bkz, first, you have to let the water from the Okra dry out. the water that you washed Okra with. If not, it will become very sticky. Okra is a glue sticky vegetable if it’s not cooked properly.

Add Okra to wok, let the water dry out in like a minute, then add oil, then add chopped onion, then all the ingredients, chili, salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic paste. Mix it but don’t cover it.. Leave it on a smaller medium stove, mix it every few minutes and make it a stir fry.

It should be all cooked and stir-fried in about 15 to 20 minutes. See the pic below with one chili, that I asked my mom to send me a pic.

It’s usually eaten with plain white rice and a boiled egg or with a chapati or nan bread.

Enjoy the meal..

Part 2:

Bhendi Cooked as Sour

More or less the same as the above but you add Sour Tamarind Juice to it.

– About 200 grams of Okra.

– 1 Small Onion

– 1 small Onion sized Tamarind ( Saur tamarind, not sweet, see the pic below)

– 5 Spoons of Oil

– 1 Teaspoon of Red chili Powder

– Half Teaspoon of Salt ( How much ever you want)

– Half Teaspoon of Turmeric

– 3 x Cloves of Garlic

– 3 x Cloves size Garlic of Ginger piece.

Take a small bowl and soak tamarind in about a glass of hot water for about 15 minutes.

Then take a medium saucepan, add Oil, then when the oil is Hot, Add Onions, then add Okra.. then add all the ingredients, add a bit more quantity of ingredients then you cook for just stir fry. Chilli, Salt, Turmeric, Ginger, and Garlic.

Let the Okra cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, Onions and Okra, it will look a bit sticky. In about 15 minutes when the okra is medium done.. Add the tamarind juice to it and mix and cover it and leave it on the medium-small stove for about 15 minutes..

If you have a couple of curry leaves, you can add it to it while cooking.. mix it a couple of times, leave it on the stove for about 15 to 20 minutes, and the Okra saur soup is done.

It’s usually eaten with plain white rice with a fried omelet.

What would it take for me and for you to have identified all the patterns we have and clear them once and for all the things we do not need anymore or doesn’t’ serve us good and everything in the way of that happening, please get deleted from across all time dimensions space and reality.
