Follow your bliss. I’m going to go get my Bluetooth speaker from the other room, or maybe turn on the radio. The silence is very deep right now. Everything is very quiet. I can hear cars far away on Piccadilly Road. From next door – whoever that is – I can hear a man stacking something. I hear all these noises and still wonder why I think it’s so silent.

Everything feels still and quiet, all in one place. All these little objects on my desk are just still, in one place. And why am I, the human, asking these questions?

Exactly 00:00 right now. For some reason, I don’t feel like going to bed. I just feel like staying up and sitting at the desk and writing this. Not sure why – probably fear of missing out. If I sleep, I’ll probably miss out on living… haha! lol.

I don’t know about you, but my brother will laugh, and my friend will laugh too. It’s his birthday today. Happy birthday to you!

I just started browsing something, and when I turned around, 20 minutes were gone. I think it’s best to turn the internet off sometimes so you can focus on the one thing that matters most to be completed in a day.

How peaceful I’d feel if I had written something and then gone to bed. But instead, I get carried away reading or doing something else – one thing after another – and the main thing doesn’t get done. I get it now. That’s why they call it β€œtime blocking.”

I’m going to listen to β€œNew Beginnings” tonight and aim to go to bed ASAP after the meditation is done.

What would it take for me – and for you – to wake up early, get some work done before heading to the gym, then head to work, have a quick good workout, have everything be okay with family, friends, and everyone around, and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet productive day tomorrow?

I wonder why the first part of the affirmation above was missed. Usually it just starts with: what would it take for me and for you to wake up 10x bigger, thicker, leaner, more energetic, confident, happy, grateful; wake up early, do some work first, then get to the gym, have a good workout, get to work on time, everything be okay with family, friends, everyone around, then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing mentally yet productive day tomorrow?
