Assalam alaiakum.. Woke up early.. very very early. it was 5:40 AM.. Sun was not out.. the window right to me looked beautiful. I was feeling good. Sat up still feeling good.. I was feeling so good.

Did 30 grams protein within 30 min of waking up. Ate a can to Tuna and then meditated for 15 min on changing beliefs.. then went to the gym.. I think I got to the gym around 7:20.

Had a really really really good workout. Did upper body, Incline barbell bench press, Flat Dumbell bench press, close grip bench press, 4 x sets of pull-ups, and then some workout on the machine shoulders and some Abs I think I was out of gym around 8:20.. I was feeling so good.

I walked home from the gym. Sun was out.. Logged to work. Work was cool. Huddle went well, then did a CTA in the morning and then have some redaction to finish tomorrow… I was feeling so good..

13:20 at lunchtime got to the Vauxhall leisure center, to swim.. the guy at the reception was nice. had a little chat with him. Got in the swim, this girl was with me in the lane and she was cool. we were swimming smooth and then I moved to an empty row whole for myself. I was feeling so good..

Got out of the swim, had a shower there.. walked back home logged back at the desk.. rest of the afternoon went well.. Logged off work around 5:30… then I was grinding for a little bit then.. 19:30 had a wank and then took 20 min nap. woke up jumping dramatically.. took a nap listening to some 10 min mediation on youtube. I don’t know what she was saying.

Made dinner.. Chapati and Daal and Beef and Pepper, Eggs.. it’s exactly 00:00 now the time is.. Knock Knock-knock-knockin’ on heaven’s door

I just took a long break,. made a steak and ate a few min ago then a mate Axx phoned, we’re going to Wee party this Saturay in Brixon, i just got the tickets. 01:46.. Tomorrow Firday hopefully will be a productive day.
