Woke up 5:30.. I was feeling so good. Sun was still not out.. 15 min mediated.. ate a can of Tuna. so happy I found Tuna back at the tesco yesterday..

Got to gym at 07:30.. had a really really really good workout.. Did Arms.. Tricep press, Stretch skullcrushers, Rope tricep extensions, Ez Bar extensions, Caveman curls, Sitting hammer curls.. and then a set of Shoulders on the machine and Abs on the machine on my way out..

Got home logged in work sharp posted apic on Instaram,, phoned the driving license people for the date, got the date for 01 Nov 2021 at 8 pm the driving test..

Work was cool.. did a CTA in the morning.. the Sun was out. the weather is so good, I will be chairing the huddle tomorrow.. 13:30 got to the Swim at the Vauhxall leisure center,. Swam for about 30 min. there was no body in the my lane It was so good..

Got back to desk after lunch, rest of the afternoon went smooth.

Went to Base studioe at 6 pm. then walked back via Vauxhall park to Tesco, bought a few more things, I had gone in yesterday.. came home, cooked ate watching Netflix then brother phoned around 9 pm. he’s coming to UK soon.
