I missed yesterday and the day before and I felt like I absented myself from the world.. The gift of being you from the world..

Woke up early .. had booked a Abs class at the gym for 07:45.. attended that on time. lot of people in the class I made an entry, Abs are coming up nice now. After the Abs class consisted of many forms of exercise mostly focused on your Abdomins or Abs. Most usually gyms have at least once a week class Body pump, Abs or whatever.. I went today and It was great.

Got home, logged in work sharp.. work went well. I saw 2 new roles came up Case officer and Triage officers I will apply them these will be the next goal as soon as the driving theory is done.

“What would it take for me to pass the driving theory test tomorrow.. And everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality..”

Mother phoned around 12:05..

13:40 swim booked at the Vauxhall leisure center, went in my lunch break, the weather was chilly and dull and grey the entire day. Rest of the afternoon went well.. a cousin came to pick up his books delivered to my flat. he was asking how many people live here and do you own the flat questions kinda made me uncomfortable but was all right, it’s being human.

Then i made a list for numbers 1 to 100 in different languages to do as many times the mock tests on the app to cross out for driving test tomorrow.. The checklists are essential! (Checklist can be what you listen to during you day and how many times you listened to it, or what have you eaten so far during the day and if you have ticked your box for greens and beans.. lets put is in simpler words,
