woke up early.. logged in work sharp.. spoke to my mother around 11.. I texted mother last night before going to bed.. “Mother I have some good news for you, I’ll tell you tomorrow when I talk to you..” I wanted to give her an exercise of thinking several good news’s and make her wonder what is it am going to tell..” she messaged me around 11 o clock asking wyd? you at your desk, I said yes.. can i ring, i said yes.. So what’s the good news?

I said the good news is, ok I will give you 3 guesses. Only 3.. just 3.. come on.. ok. go on. !

mother hmm.. you got a promotion.. I said ok.. go on. 2nd guess. she said you got a house.. hmm!!

ok.. go on! .. what could it be. I don’t know.. you tell. Me! I said, no you have one more guess. go on! just last guess.. You found a girl.

me – What?!!

None of these.. what are you talking about!! none of these. brother guessed it 2nd guess.. you, what are all these.. I thought it’s sweet and kind of her!

She then asked what is it than.. ok, I will tell you now. ok, It’s.. fine I will tell you now..

I spoke to her.. who? who did you speak..? I said, yes, I spoke to her.. ok again 3 guesses..

Do you want to guess who could I have spoken to?

oh God! ok, who did you speak? a girl? you found a girl and you spoke to her..

I was like what!! god! no! what are you talking about?

Ok.. Cool, I’ll tell you now, I spoke to Mother ( Mother Linda ), she’s doing fine. Something wrong with her phone,.. Mother Linda is a Rev. she told me once when I was a little boy,

God told her as a sign to go to India and help some people.. so came all the way from US to a little town and she was paying for food schooling and shelter and everything for about 20, 30 little poor kids and she was our tenant renting and living in our house for many many years. she was upstairs living with 2 cats and our family was downstairs mother, father, brother, sister, I and our cat Sonu..

And so she did.. Linda

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like unto it: “Love your neighbor as yourself” All the law and the prophets hand on these two commandments.” (Matthew 22:35-40)

And she did.. she loved everybody around unconditionally. (that’s how I felt being around her)

One more day and it’s Friday tomorrow..

4:15 pm, I was just finishing work and I had a call from my boss saying I don’t have to go into the office tomorrow.. I was scheduled to go tmro but bkz of the Covid level going so high, England’s again going into the entire lockdown. I thought she came as an angel to me telling me not to go out..

Today was Britons deadliest Covid day with a record number of Covid-19 deaths and cases.

The figures are startling, a further 1325 people have died with coronavirus within 28 days of testing positive – the highest number of UK deaths reported on a single day since the pandemic began. The no of cases reported in the past 24 hours was 68,053 – also a record.

And in fact the situation in London is now critical with the spread of the virus out of control. It seems one in 30 Londoners now has Covid-19 and I’m one of those Londoners lol!

The good news we have is, a third coronavirus vaccine has been approved for use in the UK by the independent medicines regulator, although supplies will not arrive until the spring.

3 things, I’m grateful for today

• for being able to stay and work from home.
• To the God for giving us Mother Linda
• For these apples and bananas on my table.
