Woke up 7:30.. slept at 3.. but still woke up early and energetic. mediated 15 min.. went to run.. Vauxhall bridge, Lambeth bridge, Westminster bridge back home to Oval, Ms Sandra had messaged around noon asking If I had done any walk or anything today and they had gone into tier 4 lockdown again, she’s up in north at staffordhire.

I said to her, I just come back from my run Ms Sandra.

The only thing I have in my hands that I can do now physically leaving my room now is run so I run.. “the run” was really good.. it was so cold and grey outside with spitting rain.. It was so cold, I had to breathe in from my mouth and breath out from my nose. A lot of people use Cryotherapy. there are many benefits to it is sitting in an ice bath, cold shower, etc. Running in the cold is also good.

Came home made some lemon rice and ate watching tv and my mate Tomi had messaged he will come around later today. He comes to me every new year’s.

This year with covid I didn’t think he was gonna come.. but he did come to spend the new years with me.

In hungry it seems there is a curfew after 8 pm every day for many months now. my friend was traveling within the family bubble. I bought these new little disco lights from ebay recently I put them and it was a fun evening.. my flatmate joined and my other flatmate had this girl with him whom we saw in the corridor briefly.

My mate had said one of my other mates dad’s gone bkz of covid and another mates partners mother gone as well. a lot of people around are going.

Dear God, I don’t claim to have much credit with you but please I ask you on behalf of this entire humanity, please forgive us from our sins and make us understand what are you trying to teach us from all this, and please finally now is the time to relieve us for good. Amen!

My mates left around 11:00, he wanted to be home by midnight.
