3 – Find a mentor or a system that can guide you. 

These are the 3 main aspects of our lives that we need to take time and pay attention too. 

You are the one who knows who you are, what you eat, how you feel.. so you are the one responsible to look after yourself. 

If you want to live long and healthy then you need to look after yourself, you need to eat healthy food, the alcohol limit, cut down on sugars and make sure you take time out for one physical activity a day whether you enjoy running, jogging, swimming or whatever, you need to let your soul express itself by these activities.  No excuse, healthy is the 1st most important thing. so take time out today for the bliss.. 

2 . Growth mindset – You must constantly educate yourself with new subjects, read more books, read more about things that make you feel good. If you like reading fiction, enjoy it.. if you like reading romance, embrace it with your growth mindset that you know you would be spreading it into the world. 

3  – The 3rd and the main thing to invest is, find a mentor, a coach or a person you know that can help you achieve your goals or a system that is set up in a way that it will create passive online income..
