I didn’t intend to write tonight, but here I am. The voice of Mara, that relentless, restless part the monkey mind, kept whispering, “Why bother bro? Life is already so overwhelming, and no one has the time or energy to care about your words. You’re no different, no more important than the noise of the world.” Yet, despite the weight of those doubts, I find myself compelled to pour my thoughts onto the page.

Yet, as I glanced out my window, the big, bright moon seemed to have an irresistible pull on me, drawing me to my desk. It didn’t matter what I would do—just that I should sit down and immerse myself in something meaningful. It’s as if the moon was whispering, “Show up, be present.” So here I am, ready to learn whatever life has to teach me. I’m here, teacher. Please, teach me some life lessons.

“Someone Like You” by Leon is playing softly on the radio, and I’m caught between extremes—one moment burning with emotion, the next feeling numb. Is this all I have left to say? Just this, and nothing more? The song pulls at something deep inside me, making me question if there’s anything else within me, anything unspoken, or if I’ve already said it all.

3 things I felt grateful for today –

• Grateful for that extra mile today, went running this morning, the past 7 months, I was mostly from Picadilly to Westminster Bridge, then Lambeth Bridge, but today it was also Vauxhall Bridge and back home. so happy and grateful.

• Grateful for family, this morning I was thinking of brother and he sent a big voice message.

• Grateful little Neph Hamd moved to a new house, and he was happy and played almost all night.

Around the world today –

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, more energetic, confident, happy, healthy, wealthy, grateful, make it to workout in the morning, make it to work on time, everything to be okay with family, friends and everyone around, and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing, yet a productive day tomorrow?
