Every time you find yourself thinking about your mind was wandering somewhere either in the past or predicting the future. Tell yourself loud..Attention Here and Now! Attention! Here! and Now! 

to bring your mind back to the now moment. Bkz eternal “Now” is all we Truly have.. and from “Now” is from where you create your next moment. guilt and regret are some of the example feelings for having too many past thoughts in our “Now” and Anxiety and nervousness can be for thinking too much about the future.. 

3 x things that I am grateful for today 

– Grateful for having this comfortable room
– Grateful for all the food I ate today
– And grateful for having a mobile phone..

3 x happy moments of my day

– Felt happy jogging back home from the gym after the body pump class
– Felt happy and laughed a few times when my mate Manu came to see me this morning.
– Felt so happy eating some nice cheese tomato salad for dinner earlier..

3 x things I need to do next that will take me a step closer to my goals

– Complete Analytics training.
– Prepare for the new script.
– Write a SEO blog for the website.

1 x Act of Kindness today-

– Offered a cake to my mate this morning..

1 x Little wish of my day

What vibrational energy can I align to doubling my leads without having to do any extra work.. and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.
