The last day of the long weekend bank holiday.. aaa…a.a.a… 10 days of retreat did not realize until last Thursday that Monday will also be off. I was so glad to have been given an extra day off. Pleased! I think there is one more last bank holiday in August before the Christmas break.

Woke up early around 5:30 AM.. Had a disturbed sleep, but still woke up sharp Sun shining so bright, and hot outside about 19 degrees all day long.. I sat at the desk most of the morning working, still thinking about the last 10 days, and figuring out what the next would be. Did SQL training for a couple of hours.

Around 12:30 pm phoned mother, asking how the radiation went, she said, the appointment’s been changed to tomorrow, Tuesday..

Today I shall be writing about the 2nd step to liberation.

Step 1 – Focus on breathing air going in and out / space below the nose and upper lip (narrow area) – got to fucus until you feel the sensation. The sensation could be anything, pain, discomfort, tingling, or itch but something needs to be felt only to move to the next step. Usually you focus on one part of the body it will react.

Step 2 – Focus on breathing air going in and out / make the space below the nose a bit wider up to the triangle area of your nose up to in between your eyes!

From now on you need to abstain from telling lies, abstain from killing any living things, and abstain from causing any harm to any living on nonliving things. (Anything directly or indirectly that causes someone to feel uncomfortable or hurt is harming others). When you sit and close your eyes to meditate or during the day when you walk around, you get this thought from the past or something someone has done it or someone cut the line or someone said something 10 years ago, and you are still mad, these are all past unresolved emotions stuck in your body. The true self-responsibility for oneself is to let go of everything and make your mind and body in ease. No need to judge when the old emotion pops us, all you need to do it observe it and can say it is interesting or wonder why this thought coming up now, what might have triggered around me that this has come and just let it go without reacting anything. It loses control over you. If it bothers one much, say I release you mentally and spiritually, go your own way, be happy and I go my way and I will be happy too. I have learned so much from you and now it is the time we part. I wish you all the best and all the happiness of the planet both to the thought and the people involved in it. No point in holding grudge. It happened once and we keep it alive living the memory again and again for many years. No, it is no more! shhh…. all gone! all that remains is a free light mind and brain from now on!

 

14:30 PM went to the gym, and had a really really really really really good workout, after a long long time. Had just unfroze the membership back to active, did 4 x sets of pullups, 4 x sets of dips push hanging on the bar, 4 sets of machine Hammer curls, 4 sets of Butterflies chest press on the machine, 4 sets of Shoulder press drop sets, 8 x sets of 8 reps of Abs presses on my way out.

Got home, butchers on my way.. made dinner and ate watching Better Call the Saul on Netflix..

Around the news, Russia still invading Ukraine. Inflation rocketing the sky in England there will be a new policy of food price cap.

3 things I felt grateful for today

  • The new bike is working great, still figuring out the gears but grateful for having it.
  • Grateful for having siblings, Deedi’s taking care of mother around there at home.
  • Grateful for the washing machines and the help with the laundry.

What would be for me and for you to wake up 10 x times more energetic, bigger, thicker, happier, richer, get to work on time, and sharp, everything to be just fine, day to go well, have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet a productive day tomorrow..? and all negative mind patterns please get removed! goodnight, good luck!
