The alarm went off at 7:30 am. went pee, cold, and grey outside, went back to bed, again got up time 9:40 looked for the laptop, sat at the edge of the bed, and logged in to work. replied one email, ate breakfast Tuna, and chickpeas, sat back at the desk until 12:35.. jumped in the shower, dressed in loose black jeans, a white t-shirt, and yellow jumper, got the bike out, went to Jumma Namaz, did 2 x rakaths of Jumma Faraz.. got seated at the entrance so had to move straight after the Faraz.

Home, was heating canned mixed bean salad, Dear Pappa phoned at 14:14, what are you up to? when are you gonna get married? I said, I’m just sitting down, and we spoke for 10, 15 min, mother’s just got a call from her mother so talking..

14:35 wore black tight jeans, a white long-sleeve t-shirt, jumper went to South Lambeth place to see a studio, just got carried away and spend the next 45 min looking for new flats, and studios.. spend a lot of time. Wo miltenai kuch nai.. kub hota hunga inshallaha… ghusadlene de batti banako.

15:15 got back home, and sat at the desk.. 15:30 phoned mother, and we spoke for a few min it was 20:30 there, and they were just about to eat dinner, spoke for a few min, spoke to sister for 1 min she said she will phone back in a few min, worked until 17:15 sent the H&S letter.. had a cup of tea, was going to get ready for the gym, 18:15 Deedi phoned we had a long catch up for next 50 min… she said she’s finished 40 times Quran and starting to byheart now and we had a biggggggg laugh! spoke to Jiju for a few min then made dinner gosh, khana pasta aur chane.. ate watching Mcdee…

In the news UK govt is tackling the migrants crossing across the French channels, Sunaks met Macron today and the UK will be funding a detention center in France. Send my blessings to all those who had to cross the channels. Russia’s still invading Ukraine. The battle is at the Bakhmut now in Ukraine. hope it will stand!

3 things I felt grateful for today

• had a long overdue catch-up with deedi went well
• Grateful the next 2 days are off and can rest
• Grateful the sleep is coming now
• What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, leaner, happier, richer, and everything to be just fine, wake up early, make it to the gym then swim and then do the work and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet a productive day tomorrow and all negative patterns, please get removed.. goodnight good luck!
