Sunday ho ya Monday, roze khao ande.. Baitke bus sonch raha hoon, kya likhoon..

Past midnight, still sitting, thinking, if I finish writing something I can go to bed peacefully. Tomorrow Monday have to get to work sharp, and Friday late in the evening after left work, the email had come to the monthly newsletter and my name is spread all over which will probably be read by most on Monday so I need to get there tidy and attentive. First for attending the Youth Parliament, then winning the Christmas fair Rudolph nose game, and then the Courageous award for Op Marquee.. A week ago, bosses came and asked if I’d go to the Christmas fair, I said no, I have to attend the Open hours, a friend came and asked, I said no.. and then everyone’s going and asking so I said, yeah that’s fine let’s go. I went there, said hello, this girl was like, come here, write your name, put this on your eyes, no the other way round sorry, I gave you the wrong way, I cannot see.. turn around, turn around and then yeah go ahead.. I put the sticker with my name written on the wall and that’s exactly where that Rudolphs’ fucking nose was! and I won the game fair and square… no intention no whats so ever!

Sunday today woke up early around 7 AM without the alarm on, dark, grey, cold, and wet, the windows sweating outside, and the neck was sweaty but the breeze was cold inside the room the heating was blasting on.. Turned the light on, had been up for quite some time but did not want to get up. Went to the kitchen, and turned the radio on, first song that came up was a Christmas song.. Are you hanging up your stocking on your wall? It’s the time when every Santa has a ball. Does he ride a red-nosed reindeer? Does a ton-up on his sleigh? Do the fairies keep him sober for a day? So here it is, Merry Christmas, Everybody’s having fun. Look to the future now,.. It’s only just begun…!!!

Ate breakfast, Tuna & Chickpeas wore blue tracksuits bottoms with white stripes on the sides, and the full sleeve white t-shirt, and a hoodie jumper and went downstairs, wiped the bike seat, and went to the gym got there sharp at 9 AM .. Sunday morning, wet and cold outside no one was there.

Did 8 sets of 8 reps of Pull-ups on the bar, 5 sets of drop sets of Shoulder presses on the machine, 4 sets of drop sets of Abs on the machine.. and left in less than 30 min.. Home on my way went into the Halalway butchers Wandsworth road, got beef for £10, 12 eggs, and a box of Dates for £16 something..

Got home, made Chawal and Gai gosh ka saalan, and ate.. sat at the desk rest of the morning waiting for 12:15 pm to come, and phoned Dad it was 17:45 for him, and he said he was at the Masjid speak to mother she’s at home, he phoned me back after he got home we spoke for a while and then mother spoke for a while, Sis and bro in law was visiting them yesterday all good and we bid farewell.

World cup finals today and Argentina won their third crown on penalties in one of the greatest finals in the tournament’s history.

Brother texted on the group chat around 09:09 and I replied it was 23:09 for him in Riyadh, we spoke about football for a bit, and then he said congratulations, you’re gonna be an uncle soon, his wife’s expecting such good news. I congratulated him too and we will pray well . we spoke catch up about his work, my work, parents, family news politics, and a bid farewell..

I sat on my bed.. wondering, sitting on my laptop.

3 things I felt grateful for today

• Grateful for brother’s upcoming new kiddo soon
• Grateful for eating healthy and well today all day
• so grateful for typing something and going to bed peacefully now.

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, thicker, leaner, stronger, muscular, happier, richer and have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet productive day tomorrow and then the rest of the week and all negative patterns please get deleted now.. Good night.. good luck.
