Woke up early, still dark outside, ate breakfast Tuna, sat for a few min mediated and got to the gym the time was 06:30.. Black Trackie, Blue Tshirt, and green Jacket.. had the hoodie on. It’s cold and misty in London
Had a really really really good workout, this guy with beard was at the pull-up machine, I went to him and said, Hello can I please join you? and he said sure and he did the first set and followed and henceforth.. 5 x Sets of 8 reps of Pull up on the bar, 5 x Set’s 8 Reps of Dips hanging on both hands wide sidebar, 5 x Sets 8 Reps drop sets Shoulders on the Machine, 4 x sets of 8 Reps Abs on the machine.. Reps are affirmations, Health, Beauty, Wealth, Success, Confidence, Testosterone, growth hormone, and symmetry.
Left the gym, sat on the bike, slowly riding If I should or shouldn’t or have to make a choice.. and I went past Tesco, stood there a min still thinking if I should go in, didn’t go and went to the butchers and bought Meat then headed towards home, got closer to home felt so funny, aw.. why didn’t I go into the Tesco, I could have had a nice treat to myself, and I went back and bought Milk, 2 Custard Croissants, came home, kettle on a clear big cup and put the tea bag in and poured water and milk and 2 spoons of honey and had breakfast.
10:45 the Church bell started ringing.. Tung, Tung, Tung., Tung many times and I wondered what was happening if it was an hourly bell and looked at the time it was closer to 11:00 why the bell already started ringing it’s not even 11.. and it wouldn’t stop for so long time.. although the noise of Bells ringing around every corner is almost amazing.. It’s like the Azaan in Hyderabad, Towlichowky in Fajrs someone wants to skip not 1 but many mosques back to back one after the other says Azan one has no choice but wake and pray.
It take that as a sign and wrote a chapter from age 11 the day I woke up to the same sound of Tung, Tung.. and remained in my head since then asking me to put it on the page. Initiated today.
Brother phoned at 15:30, 18:30 for him and eating dinner and watching tv in Riyadh, Sky News UK, Remembrance day, was asking me If I had to go to work, I said no, I didn’t need. I go around there every day and I didn’t want to go on my day off anyway.
18:15 reluctantly I took nap, I did something similar yesterday and I didn’t wake up to 30 min alarm, I woke up after 4 hours at 10 pm alarm.. all evening was lost sleeping, but today I got up before 30 min alarm, got ready and went to the gym again did again 5 x Sets of 8 Reps pulls ups, 5 x sets 8 reps Dips on the bar hanging, 5 x Sets 8 Reps Shoulders on the machine, home again, made dinner, Beef, Naan and Spaghetti ate watching Crown new episodes season 6 on Netflix, ironed shirt for tomorrow, made Apple pudding, Almonds and Honey now sitting and typing before bed.

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, stronger, richer, happier, activer, refresher and make it to the gym in the morning and then get to work on time and have a really really really really really really really relaxing and easy yet a productive day tomorrow and then the rest of the week and all negative patterns, please get deleted now!
