Woke up, a bit bright outside, mild weather left the window open, the neighbour’s small window was already open the construction guys’ right side of Oval theatre place building a hotel just starting to work.

8 AM sharp they start Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr 6pm untill usually. 8 am I shut the window, jumped in the bath, then offered 2 x Rakthas of Fajr Salah and then 2 x Rakaths of Salah-tu-Hajath, wore dark grey trousers and blue and black small cheks white shirt and black canvas shoes, left home 8:33 too the seat was wet, too the bike out, Oval, Vauxhall bridge, Lambeth bridge, Westminster, St James park, work went well. did first reports, and meeting from 10 to 12 in another building, lunch Prawn and cheese sandwich with a Cappuccino, the lady there said tell me next time and I will add sugar in there first.

Back to the desk and worked until 5 pm.. left with a friend and went to the Civil Servants club Charring cross, ate Stake with chunky chips and salad.. yum.. left around 19:30, weather so so mild all day, bright and beautiful, the evening is not too bad, roads are dry no traffic, got home 20:00 something, ate chickpeas and

3 things I felt grateful for today

  • got to work took the phone out at 8:50 was the time and felt so grateful it was so much before 9.
  • shoes felt very comfortable
  • having an early night, off tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Thur and Fri moving home.

What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times bigger, stronger, leaner, happier, richer and go to the gym first thing have a good workout and then have a relaxing, relaxing, relaxing yet productive day and finish all packing stuff and all negative and procrastinating patterns mind please delete then now! goodnight good luck… Ash
