Woke up early.. stress.. stress.. rush.. ate breakfast Tuna sat and meditated 15 min nodding off in there, sat up straight, finished and looked at the time 07:47.. 10 min to leave home.. Shaved beard, jumped in the bath, bud bud bud.. offered 2 Rakaths of Salah-tu Fajr and then 2 Rakaths of Salah-tu-Hajath wore a white shirt, grey trousers, and green jacket left home at 08:36 .. bike, on my way downstairs, I saw my neighbour in hurry I asked him to give me our building directors number and he said, he can give me upstairs in the flat, you have a min I said, no I cannot, please do you mind dropping his number into my flat, and he said yes. Thank you very much.

Left home, rode from Oval to Vauxhall bridge, over Lambeth bridge to Westminster, got to work at 08:59.. was feeling good and feeling nice and sharp.

Did reports first until 10 and then went to another building to a boardroom meeting, which went well glad to have taken notes, I now need to make the summary of it, and from there went to eat lunch Jerk Chicken and rice.. yum!

Went back to the desk and worked till 5 pm and left for home. Got home Dad’s texted at 18:30 goodnight baccho, sister texted back in a few.. and I followed a few min later, Mother texted me asking how was my day and how is the packing going on and I said, yes I just got home from work, I’m gonna eat something and start packing.. she’s gone to bed and the time was around 18:47 UK, 5 hours ahead in Asia.

19:00 when it ticked, and the remainder came on Come on Ash, I said, Yes coming on.. I was on the 2nd floor Corridor walking going towards the gym, took the bike out again and went to the gym. had a really really really really really really good workout unanticipated.

Did 5 x sets of 8 reps of Pull upon on the bar, 5 sets of 8 reps of Dips on the bar, 5 Sets of 8 reps of Shoulder press on the Machine drop sets.. and finally 4 x sets of 8 reps of Abs on the Machine… feeling good, happy, confident and relaxed.. left gym around 19:25.. home.. ate Spagattie beef and vegetables for dinner.. 21:00 moved furniture around, dismantled workstation, desk and left it near the main door ready to move.. 22:20 for 30 min sat byhearting the policy doc 1 and a half page byhearted another 7 pages to go.

3 things I felt grateful for today

  • felt so refreshed when I was walking to get my back after work.
  • felt grateful and better after chatting to mother this eve.
  • Felt happy and grateful eating dinner tasty.

What would it take for sleep to come so nicely now and then wake up later in the morning 10 x times bigger, stronger, leaner, healthier, happier, and richer and then get to work on time and have a relaxing relaxing relaxing yet productive day tomorrow and all negative patterns please get deleted now!
