🌈 751 - Mon 15 Aug 23:33 2022LondonWoke up at 5:15 am, ate breakfast Tuna and chickpeas and I was getting ready for gym and Dad phoned.. It was already 6:14 and One hours is already gone. It was his birthday yesterday and he said they went out and then mother bought a washing machine.. I was thinking, why are you telling me these now? I have to get ready for work. It's Monday morning. He finished the call in 3, 4 minutes. then I went to gym. The weather is still warm and it rained this evening and the fresh smell was so great. Did 4 x 8 reps pulls up on the bar, 4 x sets of decline bench barbell press, then 4 x sets of Shoulders on the machine, 4 x sets of flys on the machine and 4 sets of Abs on the machine, i was there for about 25 minutes left around 07:14.. came home ate more Tuna, shaved, bath bud bud bud.. then 2 Rakaths of Fajr Namaz, and then 2 Rakaths of Salah to Hajath and then left home at around 08:07 for work to Westminster, biked, not a lot of people on the road, the journey was smooth and I got there before 8:30 and work went cool.. Did reports until 10, then 10 to 12 training and during break worked on the graphs and then training afterwords. I left my laptop at work and left ontime shart at 5 pm. the weather outside is still so great..Came home ate more chickpeas and took a nap for 45 min .. Woke up it felt grey, I got ready to go to for run and it started raining.. the smell was so fresh and I stayed at the window, and was glad I didn't leave home yet. Made dinner spaghetti bolognese and ate watching tv and turned the lights off, the freshness from the rain is still there oh. thank you for the rain. It was hot all last week. 3 things I felt grateful for today for my bike For rain and for sleep which is coming now. What would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times stronger, bigger, leaner, richer and happier tomorrow and all negative patterns please get removed now! Goodnight, goodluck.
