Woke up early, Sun was already out. Logged in to work at 07:47, I was feeling good. Did some work, then got ready and I thought I was feeling a bit queazy, and let’s stay in and then I said, no let’s go for the practise and discipline so I got ready and left home for the gym at 8:35 I said, it’s still too early.

Got there, not a lot of people, still waiting standing cable in front of the mirrors at the pure gym Oval. I did 4 sets of 8 reps pulls ups on the bar and then, 4 x sets of 8 reps of Reverse Grip bar Lat Pulldown on the machine, T-Bar Rows, Alternating Dumbell curl, 4 sets of Shoulder press on the machine, and then Abs on the machine on my way out and got back to the desk at 09:30. I was feeling so so so great. I had a good workout.

Lunchtime, I decided to move my work station to bed and as to avoid Sun straight on my face from the window, rest of the afternoon, went smooth, I had been redacting.

The family is quiet today. No messages on WhatsApp group.

Logged of work at 17:20.. Took a nap for 40 min got up and ate Chickpeas and went running.

Ran from Oval to Vauxhall bridge, then Lambeth bridge, and then Westminster bridge, the weather is so nice so a lot of people were out in the evening, I saw ladies with dogs, a few people running, some taking pix around the Parliament.

Got home around 19:00, had a shower and then offered, 3 Rakaths Magrib namaz, then 4 Asar and 4 Rakaths Zohar, and Fajr, and then 4 Rakaths last nights, Ishan, then Magrib, then Asar, and then Zohr and also I Fajr and now it’s all balanced and caught up.

It already became like 20:12 so I went to make dinner and made Meat, Tamarind, lentils, rice, chickpeas, can of Tuna, Almonds, and Yogurt for dinner watched Downton on Netflix and ate..

Then I sat back at my desk to write and set a goal today to finish early by 23:00, I’m almost done and now the time has just become 23:09 so I’m 9 min extra typing tonight, almost forgot, Mother just texted it was it’s 00:55 AM there in Riyadh, Dad and Bro are sleeping and she slept in the afternoon and so not yet now, and she’ll sleep after the Namaz and we bit farewell.

3 things I felt grateful for today

  • For Tube and Trains – Today was the entire Rail network’s first day strike day.
  • Grateful for the efficiency of the transport system in London.
  • Grateful for water on our planet.

What would it take for me and for you to get so good sleep and then wake up 10 x times stronger, happier, easier, relaxier and then have a easy / productive day and then the rest of the week, and all negative patterns please get deleted..
