Workup 7 AM, I slept so well last night.. I went to bed so late but I slept so well.. I had listened to Michael Sealey’s meditation when I slept last night.. got to work sharp around 8.. Wore a black Tshirt and grey jeans.. thinking back now, just wondering how my color choice works… Work was great.. I wasted some time in the middle and then I had to run.. I downloaded the new book today, Smarter Faster Better by Charles Duhigg.. pdf I have only started so I can’t say anything now.. I ll tell in the future. my intention is to increase productivity like crazy and Tony Robins podcast suggested me this book and the author…

I got home straight from work.. checked my google ads campaigns.. yesterday I had 13 leads.. that’s a great progress.. today I have 8 leads so far.. and cost per lead is also great.. I would it to be more lower in fact ..Β 

Cost per lead is = a lead is, when someone clicks on your Ad and put their name or email address or what ever you are asking them to do on your Landing page.. if they do what you ask for then that means they have converted.. so cost per conversion, yesterday in my google ads campaign, my budget was Β£21pounds and I had 483 views, 20 clicks, 8 conversions, it costed me Β£20.75 and my cost per conversion was Β£2.59.. Anything upto 5 is ok with the product I have.. so It depends on the value of th product too but ideally, the cost per conversion has to be as lower as possible..Β

then around 5:15.. i got ready and got to gym around 5:30.. I had a really great workout. I did complete Arms today.Β  A set of Dumbell Shoulders bench and then Complete Arms.. I am going do Arms every alternative gym day..somthing I need to focus on at the moment..

I forgot to go to the supermarket on my way from work so I bought Fried chicken and burger from the chicken shop.. that means I have more time. I made a sandwich for breakfast tomorrow, I don’t know if I would feel like swimming or jogging tomorrow morning.. or maybe just sleep..Β 

I ate my dinner watching Anthony Bourdain’s episode of Bronx and sat down on my desk working..Β
