Another 1000 something people died today. I wasn’t looking at or listening to the news for many days now but today it happened in the kitchen when my hands were full and the radio news went on and about exact number 1564 people died within 28 days of testing positive for covid 19 – the highest number of UK deaths reported. It seems they also found the UK strain in Brazil and it seems round the clock vaccine centres will be opened as soon as possible in UK so there is a lot of home.
And it sooo crazy the news also says US may allege that the Chinese armed forces were running research projects that involved “cultivating dangerous coronoviruses” in a series of animal species at a laboratory in Wuhan.
Anyway, I woke up 7:15.. had to go into the office today to do some work.. there weren’t many people but it was nice to see a few of them, my mate lives next door to my work.. and bkz of covid they closed most of my office buildings except one main building so I had to hotdesk some other departments desk and a mate of mine lives next to that window. I told him to come to the window and we waved hello to each other. he’s working from home.
Mood went a bit funny this afternoon.. and I forgot to buy this light bulb on my way home from work. This bulb in my room went off and going to tesco the supermarket just to buy a bulb I have to put a mask there will be people, it’s 3 degrees and raining outside .. lol. this is not a real problem..

For now most of it seems to be blaming and complaining and not being good enough negative self-talk etc. hmm..

4:40 got home from work, 15 min meditate.. and then slept for 30 min at around 6pm. I have been looking for dry floor to go for run, it’s wet, so sat down doing some work.
