Woke up 6:30, mediated for 15 min. then cooked chicken and oats for breakfast. work 8:15 .. a bit funny day. outside work I know these 2 guys a girl and a guy on the other side of the road, having a long hug saying goodbye to one another, bkz everyone’s supposed to be working from home from tomorrow… England is in the lockdown.. the Corona crisis. It felt nice to see them. they were hugging like humans.. that was nice. friends saying goodbye. and for me, it felt like, I kinda saw and spoke to all the people that I thought were my friends. I just bumped into them all somehow. Nobody knows when are we gonna see one another, it will be a strange online world.
Anyway, lunchtime, I went to the little shop close to work, bought a bunch of stuff. then after work, I went again to the supermarkets, bought a bunch of stuff.. everyone’s been panic buying and stores are empty. toothpaste, toilet tissues, soaps everything vanished from the shelves. today I saw a lady carry a grocery trolly case and a huge suitcase to the supermarket. I am sure she was gonna fill that probably with toilet paper.
Anyway, I didn’t find a lot of food in the supermarket, I should have been smarter like her stocking up. got home around 4:30 pm. Had left work an hour early bkz they closed the building down. was Happy that I got home early, took a nap for 30 min around 6..
Wanted to go gym but couldn’t dare. I went and asked my flatmate and she said, no!! I froze my membership today. but there might be no one. so go! she said no and she said go! I went to Instagram to see any of these big guys had gone to the gym, and most of them are home or using some private gym. I wish I had access to a private gym now. It felt crazy when I could not go to the gym. your daily routine has been disturbed. I probably spend so much time deciding, I felt hungry, I cooked then went for a jog around 8:15.. over Vauxhall bridge, Lambeth bridge over Westminster bridge back home.. the construction guys were working, rest of the streets were empty and dead.. few cars running. surprisingly there were a few people sitting eating and drinking in Rose bar by the river Albert Embankment.
home around 9:!5, meditate again 15 min.. then eat.. then ho ho ho..

what would it take for me and for you to wake up 10 x times more energetic tomorrow and complete all this list of the things I am aiming to finish this week and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.
