Wokeup.. 5:30.. very energytic.. I was grateful, I think it was cold.. i meditated for 15 min.. then gym, I did .a shoulder press, an incline bench and pull ups, then work at 8..Β 

Things we own ends up owning us. If you ask a favor from someone if they invest in you, they are more inclined to be connected to you. It’s not whether you can afford the time or not, it’s whether you can afford the distraction. and, college is the system you need to figure out and get most out of it.Β 

got home at 4:30, took a 30 min nap.. I think i woke up in 10 minutes and I went back for another 20 min.. i was just doing this and that.. then got to swim at 6:30.., I think I did 30 rows of front crawl and a few just legs with a board.Β 

3 things I am grateful for todayΒ 

– for electricityΒ 

– for heatersΒ 

– for candles.Β 

1 of my wish for you today, what would it take for you and for me to get to experience something really cool this week and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.Β
