London, 

woke up 6:30, spoke to mum around 8,. Yoga at 10:30, cleaned my bedroom window for like an hour, I took 3 naps, I meditated 3 times 30 min each, went for a jog over Vauxhall bridge, then Lambeth bridge over to Westminster bridge.. 

It was probably 7 degrees out.. time blocking really helps me a lot with the tasks. 

Most of the day I had listened to Tim Ferris podcasts. I think Gary Keller is pretty cool. 

Gary Keller talks more about 1 thing.. He’s an expert in Focus.  How you can keep the focus on any single task you are working to complete. whether it is if you are starting a new business or have a goal to get married before you are 28. If you set your priorities right and do that one thing if you do that day, that time that hour of the day, do that one thing, by doing that everything will be unnecessary. 

It applies to every aspect of your life. 

– what is the one thing you can do for yourself towards your health today? For me, I either workout, our eat only vegan today or go for a jog.. 

– what is the one thing that you can do, your work-wise and by doing that, your everything will be unnecessary bkz you have done the most important things..

– for electricity. 

1 x little wish of my day – what would it take for me and for you to be able to manage our time more effectively and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality.
