I am an affiliate to Six figure mentors, a huge company which provides digital marketing education. In one of the modules.. I think it was beginning of module 1, the training will make you do an exercise cal’d ideal day.
How would you like your ideal day to look like?
Really, how exactly each one of us like our ideal day look like, when you are just waking up, you have a full whole beautiful day and you don’t have to worry about anything literally anything, you have time and financial freedom.. you have nothing to look after that day, or you don’t even have to get off the bed.. how would you like your day to look like.. describe it.
I’ll tell you mine, maybe you can think, you how you think you would like it to be, or you think you could add more to it..
so on my day, I woke up around 5.10 something, sat up meditated for the next 40 minutes, I said thank you on my first foot and thank you on the second. My flat’s so huge and beautiful, my shower was so easily accessible and I did my prayer… after that, I would eat the soaked nuts I eat daily.. then get ready an go to gym.. I don’t know what time it is bkz I don’t care about it anymore..
I work out was great, I think I did my shoulders this day, I got home, left my keys by the door, walked into the kitchen and open the fridge under that white marble stoned tabletop and got out a bottle of fresh orange juice and drank it 😉
after that, I am gonna turn around and open the huge fridge behind me and get a Salmon, potato salad from there and go and sit on my desk and eat it.. now the time is around still 8, 8:30.. I kinda want the morning rush to pass.
today I plan to go and see my friend Soish who lives in London about 10, 12 stops on the tube, train, I am so happy to have so much time to go and see her, how close we were when we first came to UK and we were in our MBA class together, we went through so much… now I can do whatever I want and whenever I want bkz this is my ideal day.
the above one is my example but you can think, how would you like it to be for you.. right?
If you think you project your energy towards your ideal day, you brain will trigger the neurons to look for things that would make that dream reality.

– I am so grateful for all the money I have in my life
– Grateful for all the accessibilities and flexibilities in my life.
– Grateful for the nice pure water I get in my taps in my flat in London.

– what would it take for me and you to get our ideal day come true now and everything in the way of that, I would like to uncreate it, delete it, de story it across all time dimensions space and reality..
